3.2 Decision Making: AI analytics regarding student performance are tools for insight, not final judgment. Academic promotion and disciplinary decisions should always involve human review.

4.1 Student Data: We treat student data (grades, attendance, medical info) with the highest sensitivity. This data is owned by the School and the Student/Parent, not by [Your App Name].

4.2 Data Residency: Your data is stored on secure servers. For schools in Ghana, we ensure compliance with local cross-border data transfer regulations.

4.3 Consent: By using the system, Parents allow the processing of their child's academic data for the purpose of educational management.

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited actions include:

• Using the communication portals to bully, harass, or threaten students or staff.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the system integrity.
• Using AI tools to generate inappropriate, offensive, or academically dishonest content (e.g., using AI to write essays for students where prohibited).

6.1 School Fees: If the platform is used to process school fees, transaction fees may apply. We are not responsible for disputes regarding the actual school fees charged by the educational institution.

6.2 Subscription: Access to the SMS is subject to the school maintaining an active subscription. Failure of payment by the school may result in suspension of access for all associated accounts (Parents, Students, Teachers).
